2021 Spring/Summer CSA Membership
Our Spring/Summer CSA program runs for 16 weeks with weekly pickup for both full and half share members. Our Spring/Summer CSA season is from early May through late August.
We offer 3 pickup locations for your convenience: Ooltewah Farmers Market, Collegedale Market, and roadside farm stand pickup in McDonald, TN. At both of our market locations, if you prefer to have curbside pickup, please note that on your application form. When you arrive at the market to pickup your box each week, give us a call or send a text and we will meet you at your vehicle.

Besides completing checkout online, your completed & signed application is also required to complete your CSA membership application. Once you have completed checkout, please download the 2021 CSA application .pdf file located on our website under the "Order Online" tab and about halfway down the page on the right side. Or, if you have trouble downloading and opening the file, please email us to request the application.
By completed online checkout & payment, you are indicating that you understand and agree to the below stated pricing, terms, & conditions.
1.) By signing up for White Oak Valley Farm's Spring/Summer 2021 CSA, you are committing to an entire 16 week season. Once your subscription fee has been paid, no refunds will be granted for any reason. We respectfully ask that once your pick-up day and location has been selected, please make every effort to stick with that day/time/location throughout the entire season. We plan our harvest & delivery schedule carefully to insure that our customers receive the freshest foods possible, and customers frequently switching days/locations makes that job very difficult. If you find that you need to change your pick-up day/location, please give us at least 7 days notice. If you are unable to pick-up your box one week due to vacation and/or special circumstances, please make every effort to give us 24 hours advance notice. As much as possible, we will try to arrange an alternate pick-up date/time for you within the next 7 days. If that is not possible, please send a friend, neighbor, or family member to pick up the box for you. Due to the nature of our products, missed boxes cannot be held or reserved for a later pick-up.
2.) If for some reason, you miss a CSA pick-up without giving prior notification, that week's CSA box will be forfeited. We are unable to hold CSA boxes for delivery at a later date. Missed boxes cannot be made up at the end of the season, and are not eligible for a refund.
3.) We will make every effort to provide you, the customer, with the freshest and the best food possible. Each box will be filled with a variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruits, depending on the season and availablilty. The exact types of produce available each week will depend on seasonal and environmental factors. As CSA members, you will share in any surplus we harvest, but will also assume some risk related to the farming season. We will guarantee you a regular weekly supply of farm fresh, locally grown produce throughout the CSA season. In the event that we experience a crop failure or extreme weather event that prevents us from harvesting one or more crops, and to increase variety in the CSA boxes, we may occasionally purchase produce from neighboring or other local family farms to insure that you continue to receive a plentiful variety of the freshest produce available in each box.
